now,kaki and belakang ku sakit ;/ extremly sakit,turun tangga pun payah. every bend sakit ;pp semuanya sakit! haha.besok continue lagi ;/ more pain coming,feel the burn! poweeer! hahaha xpp. this weight lifting ani bagus,cause now,aku dapat balance my bboy move,tpi not semua lah (: hahaha,i'll continue working out sebelum buka sekolah. i need more improvement before the upcoming bboy battle. and sekolah is getting near-er dah,homework belum siap ==' haha,besok taa buat, no promise c(: hahaha
